YogaFest 2019 was held over the last extended weekend in July, and was - by all accounts - a grand success! More than 600 souls congregated on Song of the Morning’s sacred property for a festival celebration of the divine science of yoga: a beautiful and communal gathering full of peace, harmony, and the ever-present joy of Spirit. Photos from the event will be shared over the coming weeks and months on the YogaFest facebook page.
Whether or not you were able to participate in this year’s festival, we invite you to mark your calendars and join us for the tenth anniversary of YogaFest at Song of the Morning July 23-26, 2020! This is part of our year-long 2020 celebration as a Yoga Retreat of Excellence offering spiritual relaxation and refreshment to all truth thirsty souls for 50 years!
Since 1970, Song of the Morning Yoga Retreat has welcomed spiritual seekers, offering a sacred place of rejuvenation and transformation. Over the years, our staff have worked tirelessly to welcome, love and serve those who have come seeking rest and refuge.
As we continue into a thriving, sustainable future, it is critical to establish a staff of longterm, committed community members. So, we need to build housing! We have already completed the first of three duplex apartment buildings, and the infrastructure for all three is also in place. To complete the remaining two duplexes, we need to raise $290,000.00. We hope you are willing to help us!
We whole-heartedly invite you to join us for YogaFest 2019, which will be held July 25-28 at Song of the Morning! Tickets for this sacred, special, and transformational celebration of all things Yoga will go on sale Feb. 6. More information about the festival at yogafestmi.com, with frequent updates on the YogaFest facebook page.
