Full payment is due at the time of booking.

Accommodation Cancellations

• If an accommodation reservation is canceled more than 72 hours ahead of your scheduled arrival date then we will refund payment minus a $50 administrative fee ($25 for camping).

• For reservations cancelled within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival date we will refund payment minus the cost of the first night’s accommodations.

• No refund for no-shows.

Program Fee Cancellations

• If a program reservation is canceled more than 72 hours ahead of your scheduled arrival date then we will refund payment minus a $25 administrative fee.

• For reservations canceled within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival date we will refund 50%.

• No refund for no-shows.

Credit for a future stay

• If you wish to move your existing reservation to a future date, we are happy to do so, with the following conditions …

  • There is a $35 administrative fee for reservation changes made more than 72 hours ahead of your original arrival date

  • We will charge you for your first night’s stay for reservation changes made within 72 hours of your original arrival date

A future credit in the full amount will be given to anyone who cancels due to Covid or Covid exposure. We appreciate you taking a better-safe-than-sorry approach in order to protect the most vulnerable among us to help maintain a safe environment for all.
